Culinary Services Positions & Responsibilities

The Culinary team services two kitchens, the restaurant Cafe 1926 in the lower level and the Main Dining Room and terrace in the upper level for banquet events. Oakdale’s exemplary culinary team offers members and guests various food and beverage services from the daily menus offered at the restaurant, exquisite banquet dinners and buffets to the casual lunch options at the Tenth Tee and the quick Grab 'n Go. The culinary services offer members and guests an exceptional dining experience to share with family, friends and with business associates.
