Founded in 1926, The Oakdale Golf & Country Club Ltd. is widely recognized as one of Canada's finest private golf and country clubs. Oakdale's membership community enjoys a world-class 27-hole Stanley Thompson-designed championship golf course, a beautiful clubhouse, exquisite dining facilities, a swimming pool and tennis courts. Members are welcomed into a friendly atmosphere. Oakdale is a not-for-profit organization with a membership of approximately 1,600 members. As a community, Oakdale is committed to respecting its social responsibilities, charitable obligations and tradition of excellence. The golf course's three nines are named after prominent Canadian figures in the golf industry.
Homenuik Nine
Named in honour of Canadian Hall of Fame champion and current teaching golf instructor, Wilf Homenuik.
Thompson Nine
Named after renowned Canadian golf architect and Hall of Fame inductee, Stanley Thompson
Knudson Nine
Named after Canadian golf professional George Knudson, who holds the record for the Canadian with the most wins on the PGA Tour, with eight career victories.
