Position: Tennis Shop Administrator
Location: North York, ON
Position Type: Seasonal / Part-time

Job Summary:

The Tennis Shop Administrator supports the Director of Tennis & Pickleball and tennis professionals in the day-to-day operations of the Tennis department.  Provides administrative assistance in coordinating bookings for lessons, courts, retail services and other Tennis requirements from members and guests.  

Excellent member experience and service is a primary objective. To deliver elevated levels of service, teamwork and cooperation with work peers is essential. Individuals should possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude. 
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide all members and guests courteous, prompt, and professional service
  • Process payment to member accounts for lessons and merchandise accurately
  • Receiving, pricing and displaying merchandise
  • Answer telephones, book tennis courts and lessons with Tennis professionals
  • Assist with tournament bookings and events
Knowledge, Skills Qualifications
  • High school, College Degree, or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service/retail experience an asset

TTC Accessible, Meal provided per shift, On-Site Parking, Annual Bonus,Years of Service awards, Education Assistance
Hourly Rate: Commensurate with experience
Hours of Work: 2 – 3 days per week ( Weekdays and Weekends)
