Job Summary:

Greenskeepers perform daily golf course maintenance from early spring until late fall through manual labour and use of small hand-powered tools and large turf equipment. A successful  Greenskeeper must be dependable, able to work early morning shifts (6 am starts), willing to learn and master a variety of diverse and physical landscaping tasks.

Excellent member experience and service is a primary objective. To deliver elevated levels of service, teamwork and cooperation with work peers is essential. Individuals should possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude. 
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Mowing, Trimming, and edging
  • Lay sod, plant trees and seeding of turf
  • Maintain bunkers, changing of holes, general maintenance
  • Fuelling golf equipment
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
  • High school, College Degree, or equivalent
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of landscape techniques and practices an asset
  • Operation knowledge of mowing equipment an asset
