Job Summary:

A vital support of the culinary chefs are the Dishwashers that wash and stock, all necessary kitchen ware for the team of chefs and operate and prepare food efficiently and timely.  As a Dishwasher you will be responsible for cleaning all kitchen ware and maintaining kitchen areas clean and tidy.

Excellent member experience and service is a primary objective. To deliver elevated levels of service, teamwork and cooperation with work peers is essential.  Individuals should possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude. .
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Wash and store kitchen ware, glass ware, tools, and kitchen supplies
  • Maintain kitchen clean, safe, and organized
  • Assist in receiving of food product and appropriate storage
  • Follow all food handling and safety regulations
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
  • Culinary Certificate or Proven experience as a banquet cook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work extended hours during busy periods.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
