Position: Maintenance
Location: North York, ON
Position Type: Seasonal / Part-time
Department: Clubhouse
Job Summary:

The Maintenance team ensure that all areas of the clubhouse and equipment are in order and good operating condition. Deficiencies beyond the scope of clubhouse maintenance staff, are reported to outside service providers.

Excellent member experience and service is a primary objective. To deliver elevated levels of service, teamwork and cooperation with work peers is essential. Individuals should possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily inspections and maintenance of the interior/exterior property
  • Regular inhouse maintenance of building furnace, generator, electrical, plumbing etc.
  • Respond to maintenance requests or concerns.
  • Setup and tear down of tables, chairs, furniture and A/V equipment for events
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Aptitude to perform small repairs in various areas: e.g., plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting etc.
  • Punctual, adhere to rules and regulations, proactive
