Position:	Lifeguard Supervisor

Job Summary: The Lifeguard Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of swimming pool staff and pool area to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for members and guests. The Lifeguard Supervisor oversees the team of Lifeguards and maintenance procedures to ensure compliance of all health and safety equipment, procedures, and compliance. Excellent member experience and service is a primary objective. To deliver elevated levels of service, teamwork and cooperation with work peers is essential. Individuals should possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor patrons, pool, and surround area Conduct regular emergency drills Ensure all chairs and umbrellas are in good and safe working order Perform administrative tasks including staff schedules, ordering of supplies
Knowledge, Skills Qualifications Must be 16 years of age Required - Valid Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification Required – Current National Lifeguard Certification Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Hourly Rate:	$20 - $22 - Commensurate with experience
Hours of Work:	10 - 40 hours per week
