Job Summary: Golf Operations staff members provide exceptional member service; greeting members at the Bag Drop and, in the courtyard, assisting Members and Guests with their golf bags on carts and power caddies, cleaning and storing golf bags as they come off the course, setting up carts and power caddies in the courtyard as per scheduled tee times -- while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour. Excellent member experience and service is a primary objective. To deliver elevated levels of service, teamwork and cooperation with work peers is essential. Candidates should be reliable and have a positive attitude.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Retrieve and store member golf clubs as per tee sheets Clean clubs, power caddies and golf carts Clean and maintain order in all areas of golf services Complete and log daily maintenance and other tasks
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications High school, College Degree, or equivalent Good communication and interpersonal skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of golf operations and practices an asset
