Job Summary: Server Assistants support Servers in providing daily service to the membership and help ensure smooth and efficient dining experience. Server Assistants assist with food and beverage service, table maintenance, and dining room organization. Excellent member service, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential to the role.
Hours of Work: 20-40 Hours Holidays, Monday to Friday, Weekend Availability *Note: This is a wage only position – no tipping policy
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Assist Servers with food and beverage service. Clear and reset table settings in a timely manner. Refill water, condiments, and table items as required. Support dining room cleanliness and organization. Assist with preparation and replenishing of service items. Work cooperatively with Servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications Smart Serve Certified or willingness to obtain. Previous hospitality experience is an asset. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and positive attitude.
