| Job Summary:
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to members and guests in the service areas in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. Bartenders are responsible for maintaining the bar area stocked, clean and tidy always.
Excellent member experience and service is a primary objective. To deliver elevated levels of service, teamwork, and cooperation with work peers is essential. Individuals should possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Hours of Work:
- 20-40 Hours
- Holidays, Monday to Friday, Weekend Availability

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adheres to liquor regulations for serving standards and serving alcoholic beverages.
- Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation in all food preparation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Knowledge, Skills Qualifications
- Must be Smart Serve Certified
- Previous bartending experience is an asset (min. 1 year)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer and POS (Point of Sale) experience an asset.
