Job Summary: Golf Operations Staff play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience at Oakdale Golf & Country Club. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests at the Bag Drop and in the courtyard, assisting with golf bags on carts and power caddies, cleaning and storing golf bags after play, and preparing carts and power caddies according to scheduled tee times. Providing a consistently high level of service is a primary objective. This role requires a professional, courteous demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Successful candidates will be reliable, approachable, and possess strong communication skills, with a genuine interest in delivering elevated service in a private club environment. Experience in customer service or outdoor work is an asset, though training will be provided for the right candidates.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Retrieve and store member golf clubs as per tee sheets. Clean clubs, power caddies and golf carts. Clean and maintain order in all areas of golf services. Complete and log daily maintenance and other tasks.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications High school, College Degree, or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of golf operations and practices an asset Must be able to work without your cellphone Must be punctual
